James Cameron to Travel to the Ocean’s Deepest Point to Shoot Footage for Avatar 2
James Cameron has commissioned a team of engineers to build a manned submersible capable of reaching the bottom of the Mariana Trench, the deepest part of the world’s oceans where only two humans have ever before visited. The submarine will capture exploratory 3D footage that Cameron may use in the sequel to Avatar. And who says Hollywood has lost its ambition?
