Buffalo USB 3.0 3TB External Drive

I used to love this drive. It’s got Firewire 800, 400 and USB connections. And it’s rather cool looking. It’s stackable too. I may get another.

And I did get another. And conveniently the first one died right after that. So as of this writing, I was down to one again. I’ve changed my mind. I won’t be be getting another LaCie. I’ve read too many negative user reviews. LaCie drives seem to have an unusually high failure rate.

This just in….. both drives have now failed.
